I have always believed that the most honest thing a person can do is write to another — slowly, intentionally, without the pressure of being seen.

Vee Sanctum started as a whisper of an idea: could I build something where people felt truly known? Not follower-known. Not like-known. But pen-pal known — the kind that only happens when someone takes the time to sit, reflect, and reach out by hand.

Every month I write to you about my life. What I'm reading. What made me laugh. What I'm still figuring out. Alongside my letter, I send objects that mirror the season of my soul — candles, stationery, art, things chosen not for the algorithm, but for you.

When does my box arrive?+

All Vee Sanctum boxes are dispatched on the 28th and arrive on or around the 1st of each month. You'll receive tracking details the moment it leaves my hands.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel before the 20th of any month and you won't be charged for the next cycle. No awkward goodbyes, no penalties.

Do you ship internationally?+

Currently we ship within India. International shipping is being planned — subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to know when it opens.

What's actually inside each box?+

Always a personal letter. Beyond that, the contents shift with the season and your chosen offering — art goods, craft items, candles, jars, wax sets. Each box is unrepeatable.

Can I gift this to someone?+

A gifted membership is one of the most personal things you can give. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a note — we'll make sure they know it came from you.

What if something arrives damaged?+

Write to us within 48 hours with a photograph and we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund. Your choice, no delays.

Can I change my offering?+

Yes — upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. Update your preference in your profile before the 20th.

Is the letter really personal?+

Every word. It is not a newsletter. Not a template. I sit each month and write as though writing to someone I genuinely care for — because I do.
